THE METHOD
Determining what your customers require is the first step. We will then assess your current practices for compliance with the regulations and prepare the scope of what your farm business needs - This will guide us to ensure you meet the minimum FSMA requirements and beyond.
We will develop a strategy and plan to bring your practices into compliance with food safety requiments, whether you need a food safety plan, a USDA GAP audit or a GFSI benchmarked certificate, we will work together to get you on track and keep you there.
We think it is critical for you to understand the requirements you are signing up for. Along the way we will educate you and your workforce on the "why" as well as the "how".
We will improve and/or replace documentation systems so you have an easy-to-manage system that works best for you. Whether you are a paper person, an app person, or a spreadsheeter, we will come up with the right mix that is organized, replicable, actionable, and successful for the long term.
We will help you prepare and even accompany you on inspection. We will also be there to respond to the results, and collaborate with you for any changes that need to be addressed. If something needs to change, we will amend and redesign as needed in a way that further meets your certification needs.
Our goal is for you to learn and implement these processes, and be able to navigate on your own. However, we will always be available for further support as needed.
