THE METHOD
We will assess your current practices for compliance with the regulations, and prepare the scope of what your business needs. What does the organic systems plan need to include not just for compliance, but for thorough implementation, so that you can navigate bureaucracy, achieve certification, and grow.
We will develop strategy and plan to bring your practices into compliance with organic regulations. We will work together to make sure you stay on track.
We think it is critical for you to understand the requirements you are signing up for. Along the way we will educate you and your workforce on the "why" as well as the "how".
We will improve and/or replace documentation systems so you have an easy-to-manage system that works best for you. Whether you are a paper person, an app person, or a spreadsheeter, we will come up with the right mix that is organized, replicable, actionable, and successful for the long term.
We will help you prepare and even accompany you on inspection. We will also be there to respond to the results, and collaborate with you for any changes that need to be addressed. If something needs to change, we will amend and redesign as needed in a way that further meets your certification needs
